Principal Real Estate Broker Licensed in Oregon
I’ve worked in residential real estate since 2012 and before that in commercial real estate as a brokerage coordinator. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a major in English Literature and a minor in business.
Since starting my career in residential real estate, I’ve earned an Accredited Buyers Representative designation and Principal Broker designation.
What does this mean to clients who enlist my expertise? It means that you have an agent who’s gone the extra mile to obtain additional advanced training through the National Association of Realtors.
Credentials are an important indicator of a qualified real estate broker you can trust to manage your home sale or purchase.
But credentials are only half the story. I gravitated to real estate because I truly want to help individual home buyers and sellers meet their goals.
I understand that purchasing or selling a home is much more than a financial transaction. A home represents family, comfort, well-being, personal style, stability, and security. It takes comparison, reflection, analysis, strategy, and time to find and successfully purchase the perfect home. And it takes deep insight into the market, top-notch marketing savvy, and beyond ordinary negotiation skills to seamlessly complete the sale of a current home. These are the value-adds that I bring to your next real estate transaction.
My goal as your Realtor is to exceed your expectations through exceptional customer service, up-to-date market knowledge, and dedication to forming lifelong client relationships that don’t end with a single home purchase or sale. I’m here to guide and negotiate on your behalf. I always have my client’s best interest at heart.
Looking forward to working with you on your next move. Call me!
