All the real estate numbers from RMLS Portland Market Action Report February 2017--plus our analysis. The February 2017 RMLS Portland Metro Market Action Report is out, and numbers are mixed. Year-to-Date Sales numbers comparing 2017 to 2016 are all down. New Listings (2,521) are down 12.6%. Pending Sales (2,369) are down 12.9%. Closed Sales (1,669) are down 4.5%. Closed Sales (2,434) increased a whopping 13.1% over November 2015. Comparing October 2016 to October 2015, the Portland Metro real estate market cooled slightly with a decrease of -4.7 in closed sales.
